The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has revised the Secretarial Standards on Meetings of the Board of Directors (SS-1) and General Meetings (SS-2) to align with the Companies Act, 2013 and its Rules. The revised versions have been approved by the Central Government and will be effective from 1st April, 2024.
