As per instruction from Finance Ministry, all Personal Hearings related to #GST should be conducted through virtual mode (video conferencing) only.
Physical presence for hearing is entertained only on exceptional cases.
This is really a welcome move by Finance Ministry. It will save time and energy. Also the transparency of hearing will be ensured.
