Delhi Police: A team has busted a GST fraud amounting to approximately ₹128 crore and arrested 6 culprits.
The culprits manipulated cash transactions by issuing fake invoices through more than 250 shell companies.
Utilizing technical tracing, the police team conducted a raid in the Daryaganj area and apprehended 5 of the culprits.
Cash amounting to ₹51.12 lakh, 15 mobile phones, 2 laptops, 2 cars, and a large number of invoices and other documents belonging to fake companies were recovered.
