The Income Tax Department has handed over an income tax notice of Rs 12 crore 23 lakh to a photographer. This notice is related to telling bogus purchase and sale in two shell (bogus) companies of Surat. Both these are diamond companies. The Income Tax Department has sought a reply to the notice by April 10. Seeing this notice, the photographer and his family got sleepless nights. Kishangopal Chhaparwal, who lives on Mahesh Marg in Sanjay Colony, told that on March 29, 2023, a notice from the Income Tax Department came at his home address by post. Then father Rameshwar Lal Chhaparwal was at home.
