📍 The SEBI notified SEBI(Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021 on 10.06.2021 repealing SEBI(Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations,2009.
📍 Under these Regulations, SEBI has authorised a Peer Reviewed CS to conduct due diligence pursuant to Regulation 10(3) and
🖋️🗂️issue certification relating to shares held by inactive shareholders pursuant to Regu.21(a)(iii).
📍SEBI has for the first time defined Peer Review CS under Regulation 2(1)(s)- Individual or sole proprietor or as partner of a Peer Reviewed PU.
📍The council of ICSI, to facilitate the members has approved a suggestive format to be used by the members for issuance of Due Diligence Report under Regu.10(3) of the SEBI(Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations,2021.
